Manufacturing process of rail material carts:
The overall layout of the KPJ electric rail material carts is composed of a frame, a transmission, a driven wheel pair, a cable reel, and an electric control device.
Frame of rail material carts:
(1) The frame adopts a plate frame structure. It is made of I-beam welded into a frame, in which the longitudinal beam, the beam and the table top are laid with steel plates.
(2) The mechanical properties of the frame material are not lower than the performance of Q236-A or Q235-A.F in GB700.
(3) The welding rod, welding wire and flux are compatible with the material to be welded, and the welding rod complies with the provisions of GB5117.
(4) The weld groove shape of the frame welding conforms to the provisions of GB985 and GB986. The weld has no defects such as cracks, pores, craters and slag inclusions.
(5) The undercut depth of the weld is not more than 0.5mm, the continuous length of the undercut is not more than 100mm, and the total length of the single side of the weld is not more than 10% of the length of the weld.
(6) There is no slag and spatter on the weld. Taking the eight-point load on the beam, the flat car is more stable, safe and easy to ship.

Wheelset system of rail material carts:
(1) The wheel material is ZG55, and the wheel tread is quenched. The bearing housing is made of ZG45; the material of the shaft is 40Cr, and it is quenched and tempered. The bearings are made of Luo, Ha, and W.
(2) The wheel is clamped on the positioning plate under the frame beam by the spherical roller bearing seat, each side is fixed with high-strength bolts, and a rubber pad is added between the positioning plate and the bearing seat to mitigate the impact.
(3) The deviation of the inner side of the wheelset is ±2mm; the difference between the corresponding points of the wheel's inner circumference is not more than 0.5mm; the difference between the two wheels of the same wheel is not more than 0.5mm; the hardness of the wheel tread is 302- 341HB; the depth of the hard surface of the wheel tread is not less than 4.0mm, and the hardness of quenching at 4mm is not less than 240HB.
(4) Final assembly: the wheelbase limit deviation is ±2.0mm; the parallelism of the two wheels to the axis is 3.0mm; the difference between the diagonals L1 and L2 of the two wheels is not more than 3.0mm; the swimming end of the two-wheel pair bearing On the same side of the vehicle.
(5) This type of bearing housing reduces the height of the vehicle body, enhances the lateral stability, improves the bearing capacity of the axle, and is advantageous for the frame.
